İSOV Anadolu Teknik Lisesi'nde Yapı Ressamlığı Bölümü'nde eğitim gördü ve genç yaşta mimarlık bilgisi edinmeye başladı. Mimar Sinan Güzel Sanatlar Üniversitesi Mimari Restorasyon ve ardından İstanbul Teknik Üniversitesi Mimarlık Bölümlerini bitirdi. Eğitiminin ardından Emre Arolat Mimarlık'ta çalışmaya başladı ve çeşitli projelerde deneyimler kazandı. Daha sonra kendi işini kurdu ve ulusal ve uluslararası yarışmalarda dereceler elde etti. Şu an Avcı Architects'te tasarım lideri olarak kariyerine devam etmektedir.
Ibrahim Tolga Han studied at the Department of Building Draftsperson at ISOV Anatolian Technical High School and started to acquire architectural knowledge at a young age. He completed Mimar Sinan Fine Arts University Architectural Restoration and then Istanbul Technical University Architecture Departments. After his education, he started to work for Emre Arolat Architects and he gained experience in various projects. Then established his own business and earned degrees in national and international competitions. Currently, he continues his career as a design leader in Avcı Architects.

Anadolu Kentleri kendilerine özgü kentsel kurguları, kültürel ve sosyal yaşamın bir yansıması olan yalın, ölçekli ve organikleşmiş kamusal merkezleri ile tanımlanırlar. Önerilen proje Akhisar şehrinin geçmişindeki kentsel merkez olma kimliğine sahip olan proje alanının yeni kamusal işlevler ve mimari/peyzaj dokunuşları ile dönüşümüdür.
Anatolian Cities are defined by their unique urban constructs and their simple, well proportioned, and organic public centres that reflect cultural and social life. The proposed project is the transformation of the project area, which has the identity of being the urban center in the past of the city of Akhisar, with new public functions and architectural/ landscape touches.

Salacak: Su’yu Hatırlamak
Bu yeni kamusal odak, merkezindeki su dokusu ile kullanıcıları Boğaz ile buluştururken farklı işlevsel platformları ve uzantıları ile de çok fonksiyonlu bir rekreatif düzlemini kent yaşamına entegre eder. Odağın merkezindeki saçak ve tanımladığı su yüzeyi boğazın alan içerisine sızmasına imkan sağlarken farklı zamanlardaki farklı su seviyeleri ile de kamusal alan deneyimlerini zenginleştirir. Buradaki rasyonel ancak esnek pikselasyon kıyıya doğru çözünürken boğaza doğru uzanan seyir ve deneyim platformları ile kentin yeni bir deneyim odağı olarak belirginleşir.
Salacak: Remembering Water
While this new public focus brings users together with the Bosphorus with its water texture in its center, it integrates a multifunctional recreational plane into urban life with its different functional platforms and extensions. The eaves in the center of the focus and the water surface it defines allow the throat to seep into the space, while enriching the public space experiences with different water levels at different times. While the rational but flexible pixelation here dissolves towards the shore, the city becomes evident as a new focus of experience with the viewing and experience platforms extending towards the Bosphorus.
