Serdar Güçar has more than 35 years of experience in program / project management and project development in the real estate and construction sector. He is one of the senior managers of Hill International and conducts its activities in Turkey and the United States (CIS). He has contributed greatly in making IMS Project Management and Consulting Co. a leading project management company in Turkey and also contributed to its development in Russia, Kazakhstan, Balkans and the Gulf states.

For the overall management of the real estate development process, he has developed a project management methodology and a business model based on partnerships and broadened the service areas of the company, bringing project developers high mobility and visibility of opportunities. He has worked in many International projects with international architects such as Norman Foster, Zaha Hadid, Adrian Smith, also Tabanlıoğlu, EAA, Erginoğlu-Çalışlar in Turkey. He speaks German and English.
